I grew up surrounded by Eglin AFB; Niceville, FL. After ROTC and a Degree I reported to my first duty station- Ft. Wainwright, AK. I was a PL for 3-21 BN/1-25 IBCT, then in the S3 shop. During our Iraq deployment I was an Ops lead for a MiTT. Next was the Captain Career Course in Ft. Benning. Then, onto the 82nd Airborne. In Ft. Bragg I was mainly a brigade staff officer, for [then] Colonel Brian Mennes. I also Commanded an HHC before selection in the drawdown of forces.
2015: I ETS'd and started working with Daimler Truck-Thomas Bus in central NC. I did some great work there through Ops, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
Now I'm building a business around supporting Active and Veteran military families for HR related functions. As "your own" HR point of contact I can focus on your interest. I can offer a range of support: Help with Resume's , Job Searching, Training for vets, Internal company HR/Vet training, most impactful is being a personal benefit strategist.
Benefit & Financial Resiliency: This is the passion point, all of the other topics are great.. like me though - the stress of financial hardship outweighs most everything. Check out my content, links, and resources so I can help you and your family for a great future.
