Stephen E. Ambrose taught us much on the interlated duty of the Citizen and the Soldier.  Where, and when, the individual steps from the uniform of the Soldier, and into the suit of the employee, a topic many feel worthy of much dissent, has never been an either/or proposition.  Then and now, the Soldier is both/and each one and the same time. However, the professional Soldier understands the Citizen-Soldier's duty to the state is permeable based of his deepest values, and the circumstances at hand.  At times, just war requires the tools of a Warrior, and others require the diplomacy of a citizen. Both of these persons require a Warrior Ethos to be a diplomat and/or foe worthy of respect. Many times the Soldier not only understands both, but is expected to execute accordingly. These are the people we should expect to lead our most important business, agency and community efforts.

However, when a social, economic and political landscape hold the promise of cancelation, censorship and irrevocable morals and values these leaders are finding other places where their integrity can remain intact. Leaders are actively seeking organizations that want and need them to teach, train and mentor, a younger workforce, the importance of duty, honor and country (or, company).

In a world where the principles of warfare are applicable to economic growth, FIV stands as a beacon, channeling the expertise of Veterans into community development and business innovation. This initiative comes at a crucial time, following the largest exodus of the most experienced warfighters the military has released into the civilian sector in recent history, marking a significant shift from the "battlefield to the boardroom" -as many have fondly labeled the transition. Regardless, the stick-to-itive nature and mission-focused disciple found in these individuals requires business solutions agile and flexibility enough to empower their industriousness and agility. FIV Joint Task Force-Patriot leaders seek to connect this massive Tribe of Warriors, and their deep rooted values, directly to community, industry and non-profit programs with the integrity and character consistently displayed during their armed service.

Warfighting Principles as Catalysts for Social and Economic Growth

FIV recognizes the unique skills and experiences of Veterans, seeing them not as military assets but as key contributors to the social and economic fabric of the nation. By applying the Principals of War – such as strategic objective setting, effective resource management, and disciplined execution – to community and business challenges, Veterans are redefining grassroots initiatives across Veteran communities and American society.

Building a Veteran-Led Community for Change

At the heart of FIVs mission is the creation of a veteran-led community that leverages military expertise for social good. This approach not only fosters economic growth but also strengthens societal bonds by promoting values like accountability, leadership, and a shared sense of mission.

Expanding Opportunities in Business and Social Spheres

The FIV organization aims to expand the role of Veterans in both business and social arenas. Through deliberate planning and risk management, similar to military operations, veterans are empowered to spearhead initiatives that drive local economies and support community welfare.

A Shared Mission for Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness

The FIV vision goes beyond economic metrics; it’s about nurturing a common social contract based on the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. By instilling these values within the Veteran community and beyond, the organization fosters a sense of unity and purpose, essential for a thriving society and critical to Veteran productivity, social and self mindfulness, and personal and professional resilience.

A United Front for a Stronger Nation: Join Fall In Veteran Social Platform

By leveraging the warfighting expertise of Veterans, FIV not only contributes to economic growth but also reinforces the grassroots functions essential for a robust social community by donating to Veteran non-profits that need support. This shared mission and accountability among Veterans and civilians alike not only uplifts individual lives but also fortify the national fabric, making the pursuit of happiness a collective endeavor. This synergy of military precision and social responsibility at FIV symbolizes a new era where Veterans lead the charge in building a stronger, more unified America.
