Alex Witt, Founder and Navy Veteran, has been developing the concept of 10.40.10 for years. After doing every style of fitness out there, he realized there were instrumental features missing. He wanted to create a structure that provided ample warm-up and cool down time, followed safe and intelligent program design with a military tempo, and brought back pride for your country. Basically, he wanted to create a structure to reduce the risk of injury and safely get you into the best shape of your life. ‍ Due to his military background and pride for this amazing country, the slogan "Train American," was born. Train American means that we have the opportunity and privilege to earn back what it means to be an American through safe and intelligent fitness. Each workout is dedicated to a fallen hero who sacrificed their life for our freedom. We tell their story before we begin and through our hard work, we honor them.
